The Erasmus+ ARTEST Project’s second workshop and quality assurance (QA) meeting took place successfully in Limassol, Cyprus, from the 27th to the 29th of May, 2024.
Project team members from the University of Cologne (Germany), Cyprus University of Technology (Cyprus), University of Catania (Italy), University of Peloponnese (Greece), International Hellenic University (Greece), University of the Humanities (Mongolia), Mongolian University of Arts and Culture (Mongolia), Otgontenger University (Mongolia), and the National University of Mongolia (Mongolia) participated in the workshop and meeting.
Hosted by P2 – Cyprus University of Technology, the workshop spanned three days, during which the project team concentrated on refining the quality specifications outlined in the QA plan for the project’s key deliverables.
The QA team leader, alongside the co-leaders, WP leaders presented detailed reports on the project’s development process, emphasizing both strengths and areas needing improvement.
Additionally, the project’s external reviewer, Mrs. Areti Damala, provided insightful feedback and a thorough analysis of the quality of each deliverable, which proved instrumental in guiding the team toward further refinement and enhancement.
On the final day, team members engaged in in-depth discussions about upcoming activities, meticulously planning future events and tasks to ensure the successful achievement of the project’s tangible results.
The meeting concluded with a clear roadmap for the next steps, solidifying the team’s commitment to maintaining the project’s high standards and delivering impactful outcomes.
